4. Booking and Scheduling

Mentorship sessions are scheduled through our designated booking system.

Clients must provide accurate contact information, select an available appointment, and complete any required pre-qualification questions.

A booking is confirmed when the scheduling system confirms the appointment and the required deposit has been successfully processed.

Mentorship sessions are intended to last approximately four hours unless otherwise specified in writing.

Clients are responsible for attending on time, maintaining a suitable connection for online sessions, and completing any requested preparation before the appointment.

5. Pre-Qualification and Preparation

Knux Collective may require clients to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire before their session.

Questions may cover the client's mission, the value they intend to provide, their long-term vision, business objectives, current progress, and other relevant information.

Clients agree to provide accurate information and complete required submissions in a timely manner.

Information submitted may be used to prepare personalized strategies, research, whiteboards, plans, and other materials relevant to the purchased service.

Incomplete or delayed submissions may affect preparation and the delivery of the service.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment must provide at least 3–5 days' advance notice, with the exact notice period to be confirmed in the booking terms before purchase.

Clients should contact Knux Collective as early as possible to request a change.

Requests made outside the applicable notice period may result in the appointment being treated under the applicable cancellation or no-show policy, subject to applicable law.

Knux Collective will communicate any approved rescheduling arrangements directly to the client.

If Knux Collective must cancel a session, the client will be offered an appropriate rescheduling option or refund, as applicable.

7. Refund Policy

Deposits are refundable in accordance with the applicable cancellation and refund terms.

The final payment is generally non-refundable once paid, subject to applicable law and any rights the client may have under a separate written agreement.

Refund eligibility, processing, cancellations, and exceptions are described in our separate Refund Policy. Clients should review that policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

8. Hands-On Build Responsibilities and Deliverables

Hands-On Build involves the development of a business tailored to the client's agreed objectives.

Knux Collective will work on the deliverables specified in the project agreement and provide guidance intended to help the client understand the business, industry, processes, and systems involved.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, responding to requests for feedback, reviewing deliverables, and providing necessary approvals.

The parties should agree in writing on the project's scope, timeline, revisions, ownership and access to accounts, and any additional expenses before work begins.

Third-party platforms, manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers operate independently. Knux Collective cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, manufacturing quality, delivery timelines, or future policies.

9. No Guarantee of Business or Financial Results

Knux Collective provides mentorship, education, strategic guidance, and business development services. We do not guarantee any particular level of income, revenue, profit, sales, audience growth, engagement, or business success.

Business outcomes depend on many factors, including market conditions, execution, available resources, competition, and decisions made by the client.

Clients remain responsible for their business decisions, operating expenses, legal obligations, and implementation of the guidance provided.

10. Intellectual Property and Business Assets

Knux Collective retains ownership of its pre-existing training materials, internal methods, frameworks, templates, and proprietary resources unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The ownership, transfer, licensing, and permitted use of custom business assets developed through Hands-On Build—including designs, artwork, websites, written materials, and other deliverables—will be established in the applicable project agreement.

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Clients must not reproduce or redistribute Knux Collective's proprietary mentorship materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

Clients agree not to disclose confidential information belonging to Knux Collective or other clients without authorization.

Where personal phone access or ongoing support is included, the communication channels, expected response times, duration of access, and reasonable usage boundaries will be communicated separately.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, ongoing access does not constitute unlimited or around-the-clock support.
